In collaboration with Bernacchi Chambers, we will be hosting a 3-part seminar series designed to guide our audience through diverse scenarios in divorce proceedings from jurisdictional considerations to children-related matters.

A common question that arises in divorces with international elements is which country and court would serve as the most suitable forum. In our inaugural seminar of the series, our speakers will offer insights into what factors, both financial and child related, are relevant to the Hong Kong court’s determination of jurisdiction related challenges. We will cover key issues such as establishing jurisdiction, the critical factors that sway the court’s assessment if there are competing forums, and the relevant procedural rules. Join us for this comprehensive discussion on navigating jurisdictional challenges.
