In the event that a firm has filed for liquidation and commenced the winding-up process, what would be the most optimal next steps to follow?

In this third session of our 3-part distressed situations series, our speakers will explore the steps involved in the final stages of the liquidation process, ensuring all obligations are met and that the company is formally dissolved. We will cover key topics including recovery of debts through litigation funding, the realization of assets and the structured distribution of assets to creditors and shareholders. We will also discuss the preparation of final accounts and the necessary application for release from the liquidator's duties before the final disposal of the property and to ensure all creditor claims are fully settled.

Don't miss this opportunity to gain valuable insights and the opportunity to share case studies.

This sharing session will be conducted in Cantonese. Please click the RSVP button above to sign up.

Should you have any questions, please reach out to our events team.
