Climate, environment and energy disputes
Climate change, environmental impact and extreme weather events are now front page news, and have polarised the political landscape. With environmental issues at the top of the global political agenda, we understand the challenges of navigating this space, especially when disputes arise.
There exists a growing body of international and domestic legal obligations to comply with and complex sensitivities depending on a states' national circumstances.
Climate change issues are being considered in international and domestic courts, including the International Court of Justice (ICJ), with cases in the energy sector against governments for breaching both international and domestic climate standards and against companies for their perceived contributions to climate change and environmental degradation.

- Acting for states and energy companies in energy and renewables disputes
- Representing individuals and companies in climate, environment and energy disputes before domestic courts
- Acting for mining companies regarding climate change and environmental issues
