Ed advises on UK and international tax and succession matters, acting for domestic, non-domiciled and non-resident individuals, together with family offices and trustees. Ed has experience on the creation of various structures (such as trusts, family investment companies and family limited partnerships), pre-arrival planning for non-UK domiciled individuals, tax advice on the restructuring of property holdings, succession planning, Will drafting and the preparation of Lasting Powers of Attorney.
Ed is an active member of the Middle East team and assists clients from the region who require international tax and succession advice.
